Our association client had a very typical problem. They needed a quick, simple and effective method to communicate progress to their board members.
Our solutions was to build a cloud based solution where decentralized board members could login any time to see how the association was performing. We built the front-end in Flash and created a simple Excel template for association staff to update their KPIs each month.
