Our client wanted to forecast their services revenue and understand the human resource impact of those forecasts - how many do we need, what skill levels, what do we do to hire/develop/retain them?
Our solution was to create a simple what-if modeler in Flash with baseline assumptions entered by the user. To model future state impacts, the user has a variety of sliders and dials to see the sensitivity of their forecasts.
